If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC), conducted in Vancouver, British Columbia. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Each party will bear its own costs, and the parties will split the arbitrator's fees equally. You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.
